I'm Rick Nelson, the owner and photographer for Nelson Photography. Photography has been my passion since I was 16, and I decided to officially open my business in 2004. I specialize in all aspects of portrait photography; High School Seniors, Weddings, and Families. I also have served as the official photographer for the Papillion Recreation Organization's Youth Sports Leagues exclusively since 2005.

I take as much time as I need to truly capture the essence of my clients. I never rush through a shoot, and I do not dispatch apprentice photographers to any of my shoots. I pride myself on 100% customer satisfaction--that's why I never charge a Sitting Fee. If you don't like the photos I take, you're under no obligation to purchase.

memories for families and friends. While I do charge for my services, my ultimate payment comes when I see the smiles on the faces of my clients and know that the images I've created will be cherished for many years to come. I strive to establish lasting relationships with the families I work with, photographing the many key events in the life of a family (High School Graduations, Weddings, Special Events, etc.)
Fair prices
Let's face it, professional photographers can be outrageously expensive. As a father of five, I understand a family's desire to capture wonderful portraits of their family without breaking the bank. I charge enough to enable me to remain in business, but not so much that I'm embarrassed to work with my friends and family. I think you'll find my prices to be among the lowest in the area; and remember, I never charge a sitting fee!
